  • APO/FPO addresses supported via USPS.

  • PO Boxes: UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes; please provide a physical address.

  • Carrier or weather-related delays are beyond our control, but we will assist where possible.


12. Holiday Cut-Off Dates

Order early for timely holiday delivery:

  • Christmas Delivery: Order by December 15 for standard U.S. shipping.


13. Signature Requirement

For security, orders over $200 may require a signature upon delivery.


14. Restrictions & Exceptions

  • We do not ship hazardous materials, aerosols, perishable goods, or restricted items.

15. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

16. Refused or Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs and any return charges from the carrier.

RETURN & WARRANTY

At Harmont, we want you to love your wall clock. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process within 30 days of delivery for most items, whether defective or non-defective. This policy applies to purchases made on harmont.shop and complies with U.S. consumer protection laws and Google Merchant Center requirements.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, including all tags, manuals, and receipts.

  • Please include your order number when submitting your return request.


Non-Returnable Items and Exceptions

  • Custom or personalized clocks, final sale items, digital downloads, and perishable goods are not eligible for return.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened software or intimate items are not returnable.

  • Holiday purchases may have an extended return window, which will be noted during checkout.


Return Process

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is defective.

  3. Ship the Item: Print your return label. Unless the product is defective, customers are responsible for return shipping costs

All return requests will be processed within 1 business days as required by Google Merchant Center.


Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned clock, we will notify you of approval or rejection via email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.

  • Taxes: Any applicable sales tax paid on your original order will also be refunded. If a partial refund applies, the corresponding sales tax will be included.

  • Deductions: Return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees (up to 10%) may be deducted from your refund unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except for defective or wrong items.
